We build the data infrastructure we used to wish existed

Adiom, Inc. is an engineering company in San Francisco. We build Dsync and operate production data infrastructure for enterprises who cannot afford a bad cutover.

What we do

Every one of us has been the person on the call at 2am when a migration goes wrong. That is not a marketing line — it is why the product looks the way it does. Resumability, verification and a working back-out are not features we added when a customer asked; they are the things whose absence we had personally paid for.

We came from hyperscale database engineering and from regulated environments — healthcare and fintech — where "we think the data matched" is not an acceptable sentence. That shapes what we consider finished. A migration is not done when the rows are copied. It is done when you can prove the two sides agree and you still have a way back.

Dsync is open source because the teams we want to work with will not put a closed binary in the path of their production data, and they are right not to.
